Dispatch and Delivery Times

Your order is dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Courier delivery takes a further 1-4 business days depending on the region.

Orders containing personalised monogram embroidery require 3-5 business days of preparation.

Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on orders of 500 TL and above. Below this amount a fixed shipping fee applies and is shown clearly on the payment page.

Right to Return

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with labels intact and in resaleable condition. The invoice must be included.

Return Process

Notify us at info@esmenoglutekstil.com or +90 532 468 95 89. We will send you a return code and courier instructions.

Once the item reaches us and is checked, your payment is refunded within 14 days using the original method. The time it takes to appear on a credit card statement depends on your bank.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Personalised items embroidered with a name or monogram cannot be returned. The embroidery text is confirmed with you before production.

Underwear whose packaging has been opened is excluded for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to issue a report before accepting it.

For defective or incorrectly sent items we cover the shipping cost; the item is replaced free of charge or refunded.
