Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER — Yeşim Eskin, trading as Eşmenoğlu Tekstil. Address: Yeni Mah. 5004 Sok. No: 20/A, Merkezefendi / Denizli, Türkiye. Tax office and number: Gökpınar / 3800520375. Phone: +90 532 468 95 89. E-mail: info@esmenoglutekstil.com.

BUYER — the consumer identified by the name, address and contact details given when placing the order.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically through esmenoglutekstil.com.

By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full.

3. Product, Price and Payment

The essential characteristics of the products, the sale price and any shipping fee are shown clearly in the order summary and on the payment page. Prices include VAT.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card using 3D Secure verification. Card details are entered on the bank's own secure page and are never stored on the SELLER's servers.

4. Delivery

Products are dispatched within 1-3 business days following confirmation of the order and delivered by the contracted courier to the address given by the BUYER.

The statutory delivery period is a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order.

If the parcel appears damaged on delivery, it should not be accepted without a report being issued by the courier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The product must be returned unused and in resaleable condition together with its invoice. Refunds are made within 14 days of the returned product reaching the SELLER, using the original payment method.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared according to the BUYER's specifications or personal requirements.

Accordingly, personalised items embroidered with a name or monogram cannot be returned. The spelling is confirmed with the BUYER before production begins.

Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are also excluded.

7. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
