2. Personal Data We Process

Identity and contact data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address.

Transaction data: order contents, order number, payment amount and payment status.

Security data: IP address, pages visited, browser and device information.

We do not process or store card details. Payment is taken on the bank's own secure page; the card number never reaches our servers.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds

Creating the order, taking payment, delivering the product and after-sales support — necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract.

Issuing invoices and meeting statutory retention obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

Securing the site and keeping visit statistics — legitimate interest.

Marketing communication is carried out only with your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to courier companies for delivery, to the bank for payment, and to competent public authorities where legally required.

Google Analytics is used for visit statistics; anonymised usage data may therefore be processed on Google LLC servers.

Your data is not otherwise shared with or sold to third parties.

5. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years under tax legislation. Visit statistics are deleted after at most 365 days. Consent-based contact records are kept until consent is withdrawn.

6. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction or deletion, to object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
